This month we had a special little friend staying with us at the clinic. After being bought on a school excursion to the Victoria Market, little "Ducky" had a hard time fitting into his new environment. His new family found that he had very specific and different needs to that of the furry kind of pet.
Well, he had feathers and he quacked a lot for a start! This being the case he found himself in our care while we found him a home more befitting a little feathered friend. "Ducky" is now a fully fledged farm boy, that is once he graduated from living in the family spa, to the guinea pig cage and then in his own chicken coop. He loves his new family and is grateful that he is no longer a city duck.
