COVID-19 case within our clinic
It’s with a heavy heart we advise that a team member has tested positive for COVID-19 within our clinic, and we will be temporarily closed.
The team member worked in our clinic on Tuesday 5th and Wednesday 6th October 2021 under contactless consulting. We are also aware that the Government guidelines has recently changed regarding tier 2 exposure sites. Our clinic will likely be a tier 2 exposure site, which therefore means if you visited us within that time period above and notice flu-like symptoms, we recommend you follow the Victorian Governments guidelines and get tested and isolate until you receive a negative result.
Click and collect services have been temporarily paused. We will be monitoring our clinic email, so please email us with any questions in regards to food and medication pick ups on [email protected].
Should your pet need medical care, Pascoe Vale Vet remains open and have been given access to your pets records to aid treatment and medication dispensing. Please call ahead to ensure that appointment times are available for you on (03) 9350 2955.
We plan to reopen on Wednesday 20th October. Please keep a close eye on our website and Facebook page for further updates.
The health and safety of our team and clients is our number one priority, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
